• Job Description

  The Production Team Member position envelopes the processes of installing new gutter/drainage systems, removing old systems, cleaning existing systems, and other light construction trades. These processes are often broken down into three general practices: wall-man/hanger, cut man/machine operator, and ground guy. All three sub positions on the Production Team are responsible for the overall quality of our product as well as the site conditions upon completion of any work. The Production Team reports directly to the Production Manager and has a dotted line relationship to the Office Manager and Sales Representative(s).

  $15 – $18/hourly

• Full-Time Positions Available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Team lead will have daily communication with the Office Manager and Production Manager/GM
• Completion of assigned daily work orders
• Quality installs, repairs, removals, and cleanouts
• Suggest process and quality improvements, promotions, etc. to the Production Manager
• Prepare shop and rig for the NEXT day’s workload

Requirements

• Three to five years of light construction, preferred

• Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex functionality to customers, partners, vendors, and colleagues

• Must love to work outside
• Must learn and understand our administrative software (ADP), especially as related to personal documentation and payroll
